I put Austin down for a nap and went to check on him a few minutes later. I peeked through the crack in the door, and this is what I found. Now I'm going to have to figure out how to lower the mattress. I do NOT want to be woken up early in the morning to the sounds of screaming because he's flipped out of the bed.

Trying to Crawl
Little Austin is almost ready to start crawling. Right now all he can do is get on his hands and knees and sway back and forth, but pretty soon he'll figure it out and there'll be no stopping him!

Austin's First Tooth
Austin got his first tooth today! Jessie and I were watching tv, with Jessie holding the baby, when Jessie yelled out. Austin likes to chew on our fingers and apparently when he started chewing on Jessie's, it hurt. We looked in his mouth and sure enough, there was a little tooth trying to poke through on the bottom. It's exciting that he got his first tooth, but I don't like that he's growing up too fast! Where's the pause button?! Why can't I pause real life like my DVR?!
